My goal is to keep residents and employees informed, use taxpayer dollars responsibly, and create clear ways to share feedback.

Clear Communication

I will provide updates about changes, new services, and other information that may affect the Treasurer’s Office. I will also keep employees informed about what is happening within the office so they have current information when assisting residents.

Responsible Use of Taxpayer Dollars

I will use taxpayer dollars responsibly while making sure employees have the supplies, equipment, and resources needed to do their jobs. I will review spending carefully and consider whether an expense is necessary or whether those funds can be used more effectively elsewhere in the office.

Resident Feedback

I will bring back comment cards so residents can share their experiences, concerns, suggestions, and positive feedback. Comment cards can help identify what is working well and where improvements can be made.

Employee Input

I will make room for employee input. Employees who work directly with residents see what is happening every day and can identify problems and areas for improvement. I will encourage employees to share their concerns, experiences, and ideas.
