For more than 10 years, I have worked in the Lancaster County Treasurer’s Office and completed more than 100,000 motor-vehicle title and registration transactions.

My experience ranges from routine renewals to complex title transactions and situations that are rarely seen. Working face-to-face with Lancaster County residents every day has given me extensive experience answering questions, solving problems, explaining requirements, and helping people complete their transactions.

Over the years, I have continued to learn more about the laws and requirements that apply to the work we do. I have gained extensive hands-on experience with the State’s motor-vehicle system and have helped coworkers with processes and functions they were unfamiliar with.

My background also includes management, leadership, training, taxes, customer service, and direct public service. I hold bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Behavioral Science, as well as a Master of Business Administration.
